The official wording for this measure can be found on the Government of Alberta COVID-19 website under “Mass gathering restrictions” and is as follows:
“Albertans are prohibited from attending public recreation facilities and private entertainment facilities. This includes gyms, swimming pools, arenas, science centres, museums, art galleries, community centres, children’s play centres, casinos, racing entertainment centres and bingo halls.”

Need a place to host an event or gathering?
Ottewell Hall, located at 5920 93A Avenue, is positioned on the edge of a spacious green site with onsite playground facilities and spray deck, and a winter skating rink. The seating capacity of the hall is 125 persons, and boasts a well-equipped commercial kitchen that is a caterer’s dream! The hall has a newly developed fenced back patio and dedicated bar area.
